Getting Old. It Ain't for Sissies!

Hi All,

I think this image is hilarious.  What a funny birthday card...for the right person and sense of humor!

It's a digital stamp from but now, sadly, all their great images are gone.  The website was there one day and then, *poof* gone the next.   "Grandma Gertie in her underpants" is printed on Paper Temptress, Cryogen white cardstock (with a subtle iridescence!) and colored with copics.  I was playing around with the Spellbinders dies and used the deckled edged rectangle to cut around the image but left her hands free so I could pop them up and give it a little 3D action :)

The plaid paper is DCWV and the card and green cardstock is Bazzill.  I had the embellies in my stash --isn't it cute how the match her fluffy pink slippers?

So, can you guess who the recipient was of this funny card?  Would you believe my mom!?   I, of course, sent it along with her "real" Birthday card but because I know she likes to laugh and is the first one to lament the changes that come with being over 29 ;) it was hers the moment I saw the image!  I may or may not have sent it with a matching pair of slippers - ha ha!

I have some really wonderful thrift finds to share so hopefully I'll get those posted soon!

Have a great weekend!
